Aigis The Robot Girl from Persona 3. The eye detailing looks weird when she blinks, but it looks cute anyway. I added a white beard for her little like robot head-wrap thing. For drawing the headband, I just did a brown/gold curve above her bangs, and then used the triangle tool to make the pattern. I added eye detailing with the bright cyan color on the right side of the color selection, and then just drew a few lines with varying thickness, not really too particular about their exact placement.
